Verdict:

PerkStreet.com is an online-only bank, with a good cash back debit card rewards program. You can earn a variety of rewards, including coffee, music downloads, gift cards to popular retailers or cash back. You can use PerkStreet.com as your primary bank, or as a secondary bank for online transactions. You can even earn up to 5% cash back at certain retailers. One major drawback? To enjoy 2% cash back (or the equivalent) on any non-pin purchase, you must have a current account balance of $5,000 or more.

Business credit cards are excellent for business owners that need to separate their daily living expenses from business investments. Business credit cards have generous credit limits that let the business owner purchase items and make investments that greatly contribute to the progression of their business, while also having low interest rates that make it easy to repay the balance each month.

Aside from these obvious benefits of business credit cards there are also distinct advantages associated with purchasing items with a business credit card.

Recording Expenditure
Another advantage of purchasing items with a business credit card is the ability to track business expenditure for tax purposes and investment analysis. With a clear indication of the amount spent and brought in by the business it is easy to reform business practices for maximum profits and minimum losses. When using cash or other forms of payments it is necessary to keep a manual record of each purchase.

Retail credit cards are not known for their advantages over traditional credit cards. They often come with low limits, excessive fees or high interest rates. However, some retail credit cards stand out among the rest for their notable perks and features.

It’s never advisable to open a retail card account just to enjoy a one-time discount at the register because of the long-term effects that card could have on your credit. That said, if you’re a frequent shopper at one of the following stores that makes our top three, the corresponding card may be a good option for you.

One of the biggest advantages of this retail credit card is the co-branding. It is both a retail card and a MasterCard, which means you aren’t limited to where you can use it. Additionally, it helps you save money on all of your purchases, not just when the cashier offers you a discount if you open one.

For instance, you wouldn’t want a Delta SkyMiles card if the airline lost your bags three times in the space of four trips. (Hypothetically speaking, of course). On the other hand, if you are a corporate executive with offices in New York and L.A. and take Delta’s red eye once a week, that might be the card for you.

If you fly a lot and know you’ll redeem the miles — but also want the option to get a statement credit instead — any number of frequent flier credit cards, including Discover’s or CapitalOne Venture Rewards, might be the best card for you.

Factors to Consider When You Select the Best Frequent Flier Credit Card

Of course, when you select a frequent flier credit card, you’ll want to select an airline carrier that you use frequently — it flies to places you go, the prices are good, (yes, this matters even when you’re cashing in miles) and you’ve enjoyed the service on flights.

If you’re loyal to a particular airline, you can really rack up the points, benefits and even upgrades. If you don’t have any

How does this sound for a cash rewards deal? Five percent cashback on gas purchases, two percent on groceries, and one percent on everything else. What about a 4.99% interest rate on balance transfer for two years?

This is a real credit card offer, from a real bank, but I must admit, there’s a catch – you must be a member of the Pentagon Federal Credit Union. The good news is – there are seven ways to join the credit union and one of them could apply to you.
